The Canada Wars: Dan:4 > Spencer:4

Όπου Spencer είναι ο Spencer Krug των Wolf Parade/Swan Lake/Sunset Rubdown/Frog Eyes, και Dan ο Dan Bejar των New Pornographers/Destroyer/Swan Lake/Hello,Blue Roses. Παλιά καραβάνα ο Dan από το Βανκούβερ, νεώτερος ο Spencer από το Κεμπέκ, ένωσαν τις -υπερφυσικές- δυνάμεις τους φέτος στο σχήμα 'Swan Lake' το άλμπουμ των οποίων αναμένεται σύντομα. (Κάποιοι τυχεροί το απολαμβάνουν ήδη).

Στην παραπάνω άτυπη μάχη νικητής στα σημεία αναδεικνύεται ο Dan Bejar, καθώς α) 3 από τα 4 σχήματά του έδωσαν δισκογραφικά το παρόν μέσα στο 2006 β) κόβω φλέβες για destroyer.. γ) ε, οκτώ τραγούδια είναι κομματάκι πολλά..

Ακούστε λοιπόν το 'the music lovers' ένα από τα ωραιότερα τραγούδια της νέας χιλιετίας κι ένα απ'τα πολύ αγαπημένα μου ever, το οποίο και σας αφιερώνω (αλήθεια σας θυμίζει κάτι από i just died in your arms tonight?), το καταπληκτικό ποπάκι των new pornographers (supergroup όχι αστεία), κάτι από Swan Lake μη μείνει παραπονεμένος ο Spencer, και τέλος το ομώνυμο,υπέροχο και πολύ φρέσκο των Hello,Blue Roses.
